1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and uz222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the uz222 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at uz222.app and any associated mobile or web applications. - Are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of uz222 or its affiliated software and payment partners.
3. Account Registration and Security
When registering an account on uz222, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid payment method registered in your own name. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
Account security obligations:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. uz222 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.
- You must notify uz222 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
- uz222 reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification. During a suspension period, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be restricted.
uz222 conducts KYC verification as required. You agree to provide supporting documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of address — upon request. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
uz222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the approved payment methods available on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. uz222 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposit conditions:
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where technically feasible.

Withdrawal conditions:
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. uz222 may request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawal amounts.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Players must complete the applicable rollover before requesting withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
- uz222 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
uz222 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms apply.
General bonus conditions:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
- Only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- uz222 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or use of prohibited betting strategies designed to guarantee a mathematical profit from bonus funds.
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
Players may opt out of bonus offers at any time by contacting uz222 support. Opting out of a bonus after it has been claimed and partially played may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. uz222 recommends reading the full terms of each promotion before claiming.
6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use
The integrity of the uz222 platform depends on all players adhering to fair and honest conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Registering more than one account, or registering under false or borrowed identity. uz222 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of fraud, money laun dering, or other criminal conduct. uz222 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting on opposite sides of a market.
- Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after funds have been received and used on the platform. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the uz222 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of uz222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the uz222 platform without the prior written consent of uz222. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be treated accordingly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uz222 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.
uz222's total aggregate liability to any player, in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Responsible Gaming

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion options — temporary or permanent — are also available upon request. uz222 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with any balance held subject to review.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
uz222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the platform.
